State and National Pharmacy Issues

OPhA is the only pharmacy association in Oklahoma lobbying for your rights at the state capitol. In order to build positive legislator relationships, With three full time lobbyist, OPhA and the Taylor Group, Inc., along with hosting special functions, attend over 40 legislative events each year. OPhA and the Taylor Group, Inc. have distributed PharmPAC dollars on your behalf  to legislators and party caucuses.

OPhA works along side national pharmacy associations in Washington DC; (NCPA) National Community Pharmacists Association, (NASPA) National  Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations, (APhA) American Pharmacists Association, and (NACDS) National Association of Chain Drug Stores on critical legislative issues.
